Wild Horses

Wild born horses...symbols of exploration, freedom, and thrilling adventure. A dog may be man's best friend, but it is the horse that has captured Xavier's heart and imagination. So, in honor of my little cowpoke, I herded up some party supplies and family members for a blazin' good time amidst the eastern Spanish trail.

We all know no shindig is complete without a little chow and Adam's Ale. Supper was served with all the fixins: X's biscuit shootin' great grandma fired up some spicy Linguica for the more adventurous Mustangs while the younger colts grazed on the finest grains from our local IFA, (a.k.a macaroni and cheese courtesy of Macey's). Never tried a Portuguese sausage? Some folks say it has a sting akin to some fine Bumblebee Whiskey.

Ranch hands and apple jacks alike enjoy a little after supper treat, and Mom would like to thank the bakery at Sam's for making her job that much easier.
